Land for sale at Bargara Headlands will be like nothing ever seen in the Bundaberg Region. Blocks of Land will range from 400m2 to 1100m2, all with connectivity to our wonderful coastline.
Like all other MFCB projects, Bargara Headlands will focus on Community, Environment and Value for our customers.
To date we have planted over 2000 local Australian Native Trees and Shrubs in the community areas ahead of the first land release which will be in the second half of 2019.
Stage One at Bargara Headlands includes blocks of land very close to the ocean from 439m2 , through to 500, 600 and 700m2 sizes right up to well over 1000m2 (1/4 acre in the old scale). Bargara Headlands has blocks for sale right now.
"We like to do our research!" Bill Moorhead, Managing Director of Moorhead Family Communities, Bundaberg has attended seven conferences around the country in the last two years. Many of these events have focused on the future of housing; the missing middle, baby-boomer down-sizing and where the future demand and, therefore, capital growth will be.
We now know that there are plenty of people who don’t want too much land to maintain and they don’t want to live in a modern slum or apartment block.
So why not produce a product that ticks lots of boxes? Some people like Bill formally lived on acreage and now he lives with Jackie next to the ocean on 471m2. They even have no mow grass and have only planted low maintenance local native trees in their small garden. Others might want a shed, pool, vegetable garden and so on.
The results are in. We now know that people who would consider smaller lots want views, parks with paths, amenities and a café nearby! Surprizing to some might be the fact that our smaller blocks, whilst exceptionally affordable, will be amongst the most expensive because of their unbelievable locations.
Bargara Headlands is for almost anyone who appreciates Community, the Environment and having awesome, like-minded neighbours.
We would like to see people who choose to live in Bargara Headlands build with the environment in mind. This may be through architecturally designed homes to be more energy efficient with less light spill to minimise the impact on marine life right down to planting native instead of exotic plants. We are offering a tray of native plants free of charge to any Buyer at Bargara Headlands to facilitate that.
